ENGAGE is long-term autonomous project, which is part of the Europe-wide project for enhancing of the corporate volunteerism. The campaign was initiated in 2002 by British nongovernmental organization Business in the Community.

Hestia realize ENGAGE since 2006 in the Czech Republic. In the framework of this uniqe project different firms work together to prepare one common new prgramme which is later realized by their volunteering employees.

There is six companies involved in the project within the Czech Republic. It is Allen & Overy, Citibank, DLA Piper, IBM, Linklaters, Nokia. Programme prepared in common in 2007 is aimed to increase awareness of high school students on the topic of corporate social responsibility and the present engagement of the companies in the public philantrophy. This programme will be realized in the 2007-2008 as a seminars on the partners highschools by the volunteering employees of the companies engaged.
