VOLUNTARY AS INSTRUMENT OF INCREASING CAPACITY NNO PROVIDED SOCIAL SERVICE Course for nonprofit organization "Voluntary in social services" Hestia - National voluntary center provided educational program for nonprofit companies, provide service for persons,who are cust out from work market mainly located in our capital Prague. Program has task to improve capacity of companies using help of voluntary and partnership with bussiness modul, there are two programs for education. First modul is specialized on integration of voluntary programs into company work. Voluntary offer mainly possibilities, how to improve work of companies. During this modul participants survey under lectors leading use of their own company, they are studying possibilities of voluntary work and trying to fit to needs of their own company. Content of meeting regard to participant' requests and needs. Modul should be for companies have experience, but at the same time for organization, which starting with voluntary work. Second modul have task, how to establish partnership between nonprofit companies and commercial sector. Participants are learning, how to prepare promotion of their companies, creating plans of monitoring and "supervise",they are preparing proposal partnership between companies.Proposals will be consult directly with representatives of commercial sector. Modul's part are also individual consultation for nonprofit companies and further companies specialize to develop partnership, develop human being, implementation of europian concept of social responsibility etc. Schedule of course: Opening meeting (company needs, possibilities of voluntary work and partnership with companies) are held on October and November. Following workshops (part of educational course) Opening meeting was held on 12 of October 2006 in Prague. It was paid to situation of voluntary in organization of participants, their experiences with actual problems with voluntary work. We received informations about request how they want this course should be hold. Opening part was expected, organizers expected from previous sended questionaries. Then we continue to further discussion: motivation of voluntaries, imagination. Who is ideal voluntary, what kinds of job could be done with help of voluntary. We continue with ideas of voluntary management and we studied part: "preparation of company". Attendants have their task to make Swot analyse of theit voluntary program. -During couse attendants selected parts, which theyvwant to pay attention: model entrance examintion of voluntary person. Study about new law about social service and his influence to voluntary persons was sended by email to all attendance of course and the same time were send data made during first meeting.
