Profile:
HESTIA has been operating since 1993 and the main mission of our organization is promotion, development and support of volunteering in the CR. In accordance with this mission we run a number of projects aimed at the methodical development of volunteer programs. We also cooperate with other NGOs and we take care about promotion of volunteering among general public and public institutions. In addition we have also our own volunteer programs. One of the oldest and the most widespread volunteer program is Five P running since 1997.
Main aims:
The mission of HESTIA is to support and further positive interpersonal relationships. HESTIA actively engages in research, training, and educational programmes for non-profit organizations. HESTIA also organizes and hosts international and national conferences, and works as a broker for international and local businesses by organizing corporate volunteering projects.
